The location is about 20 minute walk to the main square but didn’t mind the walk as it was a quiet area which I preferred. The hotel was clean and the staff were so welcoming and friendly. It was well run by the manager Richard. Breakfast was also good - abundant with fresh fruits and fresh juices. My room was cleaned on a daily basis. But there was one staff who stood out for me and it was Brandon. One day, I have decided just to stay in my room to have a rest so I asked the staff that no cleaning needed for the day. Later that day, I came across Brandon and asked me if I needed any towels since no staff came to my room to do housekeeping. That was a very nice gesture to me which I appreciated. If I go back in Cusco I’ll definitely stay here again.

The kindness and attention of the staff at this hotel are extraordinary. In particular, I would like to highlight the exceptional service provided by Richard Cruz Castro! I arrived well ahead of schedule after a long journey, and Richard was extremely helpful in making the room available to me upon my arrival to allow me to rest, at no extra cost. Additionally, he provided takeaway breakfasts for me when I had early morning excursions. His dedication was simply remarkable! The historic center of Cusco is easily accessible, just a 10-minute walk from the hotel. The room is spacious, large, and impeccably clean! Breakfast offers various options every day and is of the highest quality.

The hotel really takes care of its guests. On each floor, there is hot water available for tea and coca leaves, and the hotel even has an oxygen tank. Every evening, the hotel turns on the heating in the rooms. They offer a very nice and varied breakfast, including sweet fruits, vegetables, delicious fresh juices, and several options for main dishes to choose from. We personally recommend option 5 :) The room was very clean, and we had our own kitchen with a microwave, which can be convenient. The bed was very comfortable, there was hot water 24/7 with excellent water pressure, and the Wi-Fi was fast. The staff speaks English. We can recommend this hotel 100%.

Er had a lovely stay with our family and our baby. The hotel is really amazing the people who are working there are super helpful and always friendly. Richard Cruz Castro made all our wishes come true. We had some massages helped us with oxygen whenever we needed some. He greeted us everyday at the breakfast personally. Everyone were so friendly and the hotel was exactly what we were looking for. Close to the city Center safe and not far to the train to Go to Machu Picchu. Thank you for making our stay so lovely ! All the best.

This is a very nice very well-run hotel in the central part of the city. Beds are very comfortable with comfortable bathroom and hot water. They provide a great breakfast and it is more affordable than lose in the historic district. We wanted a taxi to take us to Saqsaywaman and the hotel put us in touch with a wonderful driver who gave us a great trip to the ruins and wonderful textile workshop and gallary. It is also minutes away form the historical district by taxi. There are good pollo restuarants a block away.
